1. Nature of the Service
OtherClick supplies emulated browser sessions with human behavioural patterns. These are not real visitors: there is no person behind a session, and it produces no purchase intent, no leads and no conversions. The restrictions below follow from that. They exist not as a formality, but because using the tool outside its nature creates risk for the Client as much as for the Service.
2. Domain Ownership
Sessions may only be run against a domain the Client owns, or one the Client is documented as authorised to act for on behalf of its owner.
/.well-known/ directory on the server. The Service records the fact and time of verification for every domain.
This restriction protects the Client as much as the Service: without verification, any third party could point sessions at someone else's domain, and the owner would have no way to demonstrate they were not responsible.
3. Prohibited Placements
The Client may not run sessions on pages serving advertising-network inventory, including but not limited to Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Mediavine, Ezoic, Raptive and any equivalent. This prohibition applies whether or not ad-script blocking is enabled on the campaign.
The Service's sessions block advertising tags at the network layer, so no ad impressions or clicks are generated and nothing reaches an advertising network's billing. That removes the impact on advertisers' spend, but it does not make the placement permitted: advertising networks assess traffic by its source as well as its effect, and that judgement is theirs to make, not ours.
4. Prohibited Purposes
- Qualifying for a network or programme. Sessions may not be used to meet the traffic threshold of an advertising network, affiliate programme, marketplace, exchange or any other party whose approval depends on traffic volume.
- Misrepresentation to third parties. Metrics influenced by the Service's sessions may not be presented to a site buyer, investor, lender, partner, advertiser or any other party as organic or human traffic. This applies to site sales, fundraising, due diligence, media kits and agency client reporting alike.
- Manipulating another party's rankings. Sessions may not be directed at competitors' websites, including for the purpose of provoking sanctions from search engines or advertising networks.
- Load-based interference. The Service may not be used as a means of overloading the infrastructure of any resource.
The analytics counting toggle exists so that our traffic does not distort the Client's own reporting. It is a data-hygiene control. Enabling it in order to show a third party a figure they will read as organic traffic falls under this section.

7. What the Service Does Not Guarantee
The Service guarantees delivery: the volume, geographic distribution, device mix and pacing corresponding to the paid order. The Service does not guarantee outcomes that rest with third parties: figures in SimilarWeb or other traffic-estimation systems, search engine positions, or how Google, advertising networks or other platforms classify the Client's traffic. Those parties determine their own methods and change them without notice.
8. Monitoring and Consequences of Breach
The Service may check campaign target pages for compliance with this Policy both before launch and during fulfilment. Such checks are technical in nature and limited to the publicly available content of the URLs specified by the Client.
On identifying a breach, the Service may:
- Suspend the campaign until the breach is remedied;
- Decline to launch a campaign before it begins;
- Terminate servicing and block the account without refunding sums paid;
- Decline to provide services in future.
Where possible, the Service will tell the Client which section of this Policy has been applied. Cases falling under Section 6 are an exception.
9. Reporting a Violation
If you are aware of the Service being used in breach of this Policy, report it to abuse@otherclick.com. Include the domain and the circumstances. Reports are handled as a priority.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Service may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the new version.

If you are unsure whether your project falls under these restrictions, ask before paying. We would much rather answer in advance than suspend a campaign afterwards.
