1. Service Description

OtherClick supplies emulated browser sessions with human behavioural patterns from 150+ countries. The service includes:

  • Delivery of sessions to a domain specified and verified by the Client;
  • Configuration of the referrer profile (search, direct, social, referral) — the label determining how a session is attributed in analytics systems;
  • Targeting by country, device, and other parameters;
  • Pacing control;
  • Reporting on delivery.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, paying for a service, or using the free trial, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Client Obligations and Domain Verification

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order;
  • Use the Service only for domains they own, or for which they hold documented authority to act on the owner's behalf;
  • Verify domain ownership before the first campaign is launched;
  • Comply in full with the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Not use the Service to promote websites that violate the law;
  • Pay for ordered services in a timely manner;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems.

4. Prohibited Use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and has equal force. By placing an order, the Client accepts it alongside this document. The Policy contains the full list of prohibited website categories, prohibited placements and prohibited purposes.

The Service may check campaign target pages for compliance with this section and the Acceptable Use Policy both before launch and during fulfilment. Such checks are technical in nature and limited to the publicly available content of the URLs specified by the Client.

On identifying a breach, the Service may suspend the campaign, decline to launch it, or terminate servicing and block the account without refunding sums paid. The procedure for applying these consequences, and the categories not open to discussion under any circumstances, are set out in Sections 6 and 8 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment and Pricing

Service costs are determined by the selected plan and order volume. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. We accept payment via bank cards, bank transfer and cryptocurrency in jurisdictions where this is permitted. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Free Trial

The free trial is available to clients with a planned order volume of 30,000+ sessions per month. The Service provides up to 5,000 free sessions within 3 days of launch to evaluate service quality. The free trial is provided once per Client, for a single project of the Client's choosing — not for each of their projects — and does not obligate the Service to further servicing. The domain verification requirement (Section 3) applies to the free trial in full.

7. Service Delivery Timeframes

Campaign launch occurs within 24 hours of payment. Delivery of sessions begins within a few hours of launch.

The time at which delivery is reflected in SimilarWeb or other traffic-estimation systems is determined by those systems' refresh cycles. Those cycles are set by their operators, are outside the Service's control, and may change without notice. The Service accepts no obligation as to when data in third-party systems appears or changes.

8. Refunds

Refund conditions are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

No refund is issued where servicing is terminated on the grounds set out in Section 4 of these Terms and in the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Achieving specific metric values or rankings in SimilarWeb, search engines or other third-party systems;
  • Any particular classification of the Client's traffic by Google, advertising networks, search engines or other platforms, nor the absence of measures applied by them;
  • Specific growth in Client's conversions, sales, or revenue;
  • Uninterrupted operation of the Service.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable law and with the rules and user agreements of third parties, including advertising networks, affiliate programmes, search engines and web analytics systems. The Service is not a party to the Client's relationships with those parties.

The Service's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All Service materials, including design, text, and software, are the property of OtherClick and protected by intellectual property law. The Client may not copy, distribute, or use Service materials without written permission.

11. Privacy

Processing of the Client's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the new version.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Service's registered location.
